What you'll do:
- Manage purchase orders and invoices.
- Set up and maintain vendor relationships.
- Schedule and monitor payments.
- Handle helpdesk inquiries and perform audits.
- Manage and resolve queries efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Prepare reports and prioritize tasks.
- Resolve queries with cross-team dependencies.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Bonus points:
- Experience in accounts payable or related process.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
