What you'll do:

- Manage candidate communication and track their progress throughout the recruitment process.
- Implement client feedback to improve their experience with TopHire.
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle for assigned clients, aiming for successful hires.
- Negotiate offers with candidates and clients to minimize dropouts.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the hiring workflow.
Who you are:
- Any graduate degree holder (2019-2024 batch).
- Freshers or experienced candidates welcome.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- A knack for identifying the right candidates for specific roles.
- Proactive and organized, able to manage your workload independently.
