What will you do?

As an Operations Analyst/ Analyst - WFM, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. You'll be responsible for:

• Operations Analyst:
  • Monitoring critical processes and deliverables.
  • Identifying and resolving delays or failures.
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth process execution.
  • Defining and communicating key metrics and trends.
• Analyst - WFM:
  • Managing and monitoring daily queues.
  • Analyzing KPIs and making adjustments to schedules.
  • Identifying and reporting productivity issues.
  • Preparing data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborating with WFM team in forecasting, scheduling, and planning.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering, CS, Math, Statistics) or MBA.
• Experience in Workforce Management (WFM) is a plus (freshers welcome too!).
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and databases (SQL).
