In this role, you will play a critical role in streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and providing valuable insights to support the organization's financial and tactical objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize operations: Analyze business practices and processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement new procedures to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
• Data analysis and reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards business objectives. Provide regular updates and insights to management on budget variances and potential deviations.
• Collaboration and communication: Serve as a liaison with various departments within Oracle, including Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, and Shared Services. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
• Compliance and risk management: Monitor business processes and approvals for adherence to Oracle's policies and procedures. Identify and mitigate compliance and risk issues associated with key business decisions and deals.
• Training and support: Develop and deliver training programs on Oracle business practices and processes to staff across the organization. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure consistent application of procedures.

Required Skills:

• 0 to 2+ years of experience in business operations or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Understanding of Oracle business practices is a plus.
