What You'll Do (Associate Analyst):
- Support key Risk Management tools for users.
- Bridge the gap between clients, Risk teams, and other departments.
- Analyze data, solve problems, and learn quickly.
- Create Power BI reports for KPIs and digital performance.
- Identify trends and patterns in data.
- Build and deploy solutions using Microsoft PowerApps.
- Manage tasks effectively and take ownership of outcomes.
- Learn about EY's structure, strategies, and people.
- Build connections within Risk Management and across the firm.
- Analyze variances in profit and loss accounts.
- Ensure compliance with financial accounting requirements.
- Support Executives and Managers with research and compliance tasks.
- Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Conduct tax audits and verify disclosures.
- Assist in preparing Audit Programs and gathering client information.
- Stay updated on Audit developments and inform your team.
Who You Are (for both roles):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (2019-2024 batch graduates preferred).
- Freshers welcome (Interns only).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Proven experience in end-user support (Associate Analyst only).
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and teamwork.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Analytical experience solving business problems (preferred).
- Knowledge of Power BI visualization tools (added advantage).
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps (preferred).
